Overcharge (modifier) and Surge (modifier) don't stack together. It's pretty simple. I get that the two "surge" buffs are identically named so it's annoying when talking about it, but it's not all that confusing when you look at it in game since one is a modifier applied to an activity and the other is an armor mod.Oppression has a cool-down of 120/100/80 seconds. Addons: “Shadow Dance” - Blood: Increases the Action speeds for breaking Breakable Walls and Pallets, damaging Generators, and vaulting Windows by +60% while cloaked. “Swift Hunt” - Blood:Reduces Uncloaking time by -12%.Trash at high ranks. Only might work the first time time and that's it. Eh I play console and honestly once you know to expect it Overcharge becomes less of a threat. The only killer I bother using it with is doctor and that’s because I run his distressing/ overwhelming presence build.

Jolt activates on gens near a survivor when they are downed. Pop is specifically you kicking the gen. They work differently.
